Delivery Day
Our team of expert professionals is available to make deliveries Tuesday through Saturday. A staff member will contact you the day before your delivery to ensure a responsible adult will be at the residence or commercial location to accept the delivery. You will be given a one-hour window to expect your delivery. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please ensure that the space is clear and that there is an unobstructed pathway to deliver your new furniture, rugs, or flooring.

Setup
After you’ve visited our showroom and worked with one of our helpful salespeople or highly skilled designers, they will talk through the delivery process and set up services with you so you know exactly what to expect. For our local customers, professional designers can come to your home during the staging process, assist the delivery team, and help make your vision come to life. This includes light assembling boxed products and ensuring the perfect placement for your new rugs and furniture. Our white-glove service includes unpacking, some assembly, placement, and removing packing materials. Upon delivery, our team of experts will inspect your order to ensure no defects are present. If you notice damage or defectiveness, please get in touch with our store within three days of your delivery to have this amended.
