Return Policy
We want you to love your furniture! In fact, if you get your new purchases home and aren’t 100% happy, we’ll be glad to let you return them. As long as you notify us within 3 business days, we will give you a 100% in-store credit. Delivery fees will not be refunded and additional delivery fees will be applied for pick-up. Item must be returned in the same condition as delivered as determined by our claims department.
Products sold from the floor are all sold as is. Please inspect them at time of purchase
Custom items are non-refundable. A non-refundable deposit is required at time of purchase with the balance due before delivery or pick up.
Delivery fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for:
- Making sure room is free and open to receive the new merchandise
- making sure the furniture will fit the space
- making sure furniture will fit thru doorways
- someone over the age of 18 being present for delivery who is authorized to sign
Deliveries made by Furniture of Dalton should be inspected at time of delivery. No damage claims can be filed after customer has signed clean delivery receipt
Furniture that is picked up by customer should be inspected before loading. Furniture of Dalton cannot be responsible for damage done during customer transportation. Please inspect your furniture before the loading process begins. No damages can be filled after customer has signed clean pick-up receipt.
Tempur-Pedic, Sealy, and Stearns and Foster have a 90-day comfort guarantee from the manufacturer. Regular delivery and pick-up fees still apply. Ashley and Kingsdown have no comfort guarantee.
